As a fitness/movement professional for 3 decades, I believe in the power of movement to heal. Not only because I've experienced this healing with students, but because it has healed me many times over. My current aim is to offer what knowledge I have, and to facilitate growth in my students, whether in a group setting or in an individualized lesson. Now that I’m in my 50’s, I’ve found that my own life challenges, which have included injuries, illnesses, and the emotional/mental struggles we all encounter, have deepened both my appreciation and understanding of what both Pilates and Yoga techniques can offer. I look forward to working with you to reach your goals.
